Why Ayebot exists

A founder-led company is usually sold once. The process behind it is hundreds of tasks: rebuilding the numbers, mapping buyers, verifying contacts, drafting approaches, answering diligence questions, tracking what was promised. Done by hand, threads get dropped and weeks disappear. Ayebot does that work continuously so the people running the sale can spend their time on judgement.

What it is not

Ayebot is not a marketplace, and it does not list your business anywhere. It is not an adviser: advice on any transaction is given by the Growth Alliance Capital team, never by software. And it does not act on its own: nothing is sent to a buyer without a person approving it.

How it works, step by step

How the buyer finder, the readiness check and the valuation range work, what data they use and what happens when you get in touch: how Ayebot works, what is free and questions founders ask.
