What we collect

Your name, email and mobile number; your company details; the financial figures and projections you enter; the files you upload; and a record of your consent (version 2026-10-21).

When you see your range from the quick questions, we keep an anonymous record of your answers (industry, the bands and figures you chose, the range shown, and the campaign tags in the link you used, if any). It holds no name, email address, IP address or company registration number, and we use it only to understand how the tool is used. It is deleted after 90 days. Until you choose to save, your answers otherwise stay in your browser for one hour.

Where it is stored

On Google Cloud in the Singapore region, encrypted.

How long we keep it

We delete your file 90 days after your last activity unless you sign a mandate. After a mandate, we keep your file for the engagement and delete it on request: write to hi@ayebot.com. Copies downloaded for review are deleted when your file is deleted, and at the latest within 7 days.
